Russia To Loan Billions to Belorus Arms Makers

Russia is offering to loan three Billion $ in the face of European Union Sanctions. Tire maker Belshina and industrial trucks producer BelAZ are being considered by the EU, as well as oil, fertiliser and weapons firms Belaruskali, Belneftekhim, Beltechexport and Triple.

This is of note to Africa, since Beltechexport, Belaruskali, Belneftekhim, and Triple are weapon manufacturers who's products often end up as the weapons of choice for groups in African rebellions, civil wars, and oppressive regimes.
