The company is established as a general trading offshore company as defined by the malta international business activities act 1988 and its objects, which are strictly limited to offshore activities and to other such acts as are necessary for its operations from malta as specified in that act, are:1-to import, export, manufacture, transship, buy, acquire, sell or deal in any other way in any kind of consumer goods and industrial supplies and machinery.2- to provide marketing, sales, purchasing, management, administrative and technical consultancy to individuals and companies and to assist and promote the setting up of and to invest in industrials, agricultural, mining, fishing and maritime transport and related projects, and to seek out markets for the goods and services provided by such enterprises;3- to receive and grant royalty, license or similar property of any kind and to enter into agreements for this purpose.
